Attention Raises 30 Million Series B
Attention has raised a $30M Series B led by RTP Global. Here's what we're building and why the action loop (not the record) is the whole point.

For most of its history, sales software has been good at exactly one thing: telling you what already happened. It records the call, summarizes it, files it. Every year the record gets a little cleaner. None of it ever picked up the next piece of work and did it.
That's the part that's changing, and it's why we raised the round we're announcing today.
Attention has raised a $30 million Series B led by RTP Global, with returning investors Aglaé Ventures, Eniac, and Alven, new investor Linea Ventures, and a group of angels who run their own revenue teams on Attention every day. The number isn't the signal we care about most. The signal is that the people closest to the product - our own customers - put their money into the company building it.
Here is the difference, in one sentence. Most AI tools watch the deal and write up what happened; Attention takes the action. It drafts and sends the follow-up, updates the system of record, and runs the next play. All this happens with one click approvals from reps, managers and leadership. And because it takes the action, it can tie the outcome back to its own work. A tool that only listens can tell you a deal slipped. It can never tell you what it did to save one, because it didn't do anything. We built Attention the other way around: act first, then learn from what acting changed. Act, measure, get smarter, act again — that loop is the whole product. It's also the hard part, which is the point.
You can see it in how customers use it. Attention has run more than 20 million agent actions per month, and revenue is up 4x over the past year. The outcomes land where they count. Abridge credits Attention with 5x coaching efficiency and 4x growth in its sales organization, and Unify lifted its win rate 40%. Each of those traces back to work the platform actually did, not to a dashboard that watched it happen.
The round funds the next step, which is the real reason we're writing today. Proactive Insights is an action engine that doesn't wait to be asked. It finds each rep's highest-impact next moves, ranks them by the revenue at stake, executes the ones the rep approves, and learns from every result.
The teams that win the next decade won't be the ones with the best record of what happened. They'll be the ones whose software was already doing something about it. That's what we're building — and we're hiring the people who want to build it.
